Your Role

At AlGooru, we're not just building a platform; we're building a future where personalized learning is accessible to everyone. As our Product Design Lead, you’ll be at the heart of the Product tribe, driving impact by:

  1. Lead the design function across the product lifecycle.
  2. Ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.
  3. Maintain consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
  4. Improve usability through clear, simple, and functional design.
  5. Guide and support the design team in daily work and growth.

You're driven, passionate, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You have:

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with 2+ years in a lead or senior role
  • Strong portfolio showing clear problem-solving and design outcomes
  • Skilled in Figma and other design and prototyping tools
  • Solid understanding of design systems, user flows, and accessibility
  • Experience with user research and using data to improve designs
  • Comfortable leading design discussions and making decisions
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Open to feedback and focused on continuous improvement
