About the Project:
Startup Teens is a nationwide
competitive educational program designed to equip students aged 13-18 with real-world skills in
business and coding. Through structured sessions and teamwork, students will participate in a project-based competition that challenges them to innovate and collaborate — and you can be a key part of making that happen.
Role Overview:
We're looking for inspiring instructors with academic backgrounds in
business or coding-related fields to guide students throughout the competition. If you're passionate about education, youth development, and innovation — this is your chance to make an impact.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and support teens in business or coding tracks
- Foster collaboration and healthy competition among participants
- Follow curriculum and project guidelines during all sessions
- Complete a paid training program prior to launch
- Maintain coordination with project managers and school representatives
- Stay assigned to a single school location throughout the project
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (e.g. BIS) or a related field with a Business background
- Practical experience with programming languages such as Python, Flutter Flow, and related tools
- Strong foundation in artificial intelligence concepts and applications
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in teaching or mentoring youth is a plus
- Flexibility to adapt to various learning styles and student needs
- A good internet connection is required for accessing training materials and tools
