Job Summary:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated General Accountant to join our Finance team. This is a Mid-Level, Full-Time, On-Site position ideal for someone with 3–5 years of solid Accounting Experience, particularly in Bookkeeping and Financial Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily Bookkeeping Tasks and maintain accurate financial records
  • Conduct Bank Reconciliations and ensure alignment with internal records
  • Follow up on customer and supplier balances, and prepare related reports
  • Submit periodic accounting reports as required
  • Support monthly and year-end closing procedures
  • Maintain proper documentation and archiving of financial transactions

  • 3–5 years of experience in General Accounting roles is a MUST
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Fast learner, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Prior experience in the Service Industry is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of QuickBooks and its application in day-to-day operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP )
