We’re looking for a strategic, smart, ambitious, data-driven, and scrappy Head of Growth (or Growth Manager, depending on experience) to lead the charge on acquiring, activating, and retaining our three key segments: creators, users, and vendors.
This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of product, content, business development, and performance marketing. You'll architect and execute growth strategies, own the full funnel, and collaborate cross-functionally to turn scrolls into sales—and creators into commerce engines.
In this role, you will be reporting directly to the CEO, and working along with the other executives to set and reach the overall objectives of Pipp.

What You’ll Do:
- 🚀 Own the Full Growth Funnel
- Design and execute strategies to grow and activate creators, users, and vendor partners.
- Build scalable loops through referrals, incentives, and content virality
- Optimize onboarding flows and activation experiences across the platform
- 📊 Run Data-Backed Growth Experiments
- Identify opportunities through analytics, behavioral data, and user feedback
- Launch A/B tests, content campaigns, landing pages, and funnel optimizations
- Own KPIs including CAC, activation rate, retention, LTV, and content→checkout conversions
- 🤝 Partner Cross-Functionally
- Collaborate with Product to shape the user journey, tagging flows, and monetization features
- Work with Tech to implement tracking, growth tooling, and attribution
- Align with Strategy/Ops to ensure efforts tie to core business objectives
- 🌱 Build the Foundation
- Stand up systems for growth analytics, campaign testing, and reporting
- Recruit and manage growth team members or agencies as needed
- Help define brand voice, channel strategy, and early-stage partnerships
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years in a growth, performance marketing, or startup GTM role.
- Strong understanding of consumer funnels, growth loops, and viral mechanics.
- Proven ability to move fast, learn from data, and iterate relentlessly.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design
- Bonus: Experience in creator economy, marketplace, or mobile-first products
