We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Growth team as part of our growth.

The Role

We are searching for a passionate and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in scaling our user base. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across all channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Own & execute the entire online customer acquisition funnel
  • Be responsible for CAC and Sales Qualified lead generation
  • Develop, execute, and scale campaigns on different channels
  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels (paid advertising, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, etc.)
  • Analyze marketing performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and A/B test landing pages, website copy, and other marketing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
  • Manage and scale marketing budgets effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teams to achieve growth goals.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing.
  • B2B marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using analytics, paid advertising, CRM and CRO tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.


Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the HRtech sector.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Be located with a 3-hour window of GST timezone
