There are more than 50,000 buses in Istanbul operating at 9% efficiency and we want to solve this problem. Making shuttle buses smarter, more efficient and dynamic, we create an alternative transportation network that can replace even car ownership. Companies and other institutions can benefit from the Volt Lines transportation network for the daily commute needs of their staff.

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Support Associate, to help us build and deploy forward-thinking solutions for the future of transportation.

Responsibilities:

  • Be an inspiration to the sales team with your high performance and manners of a great team-player
  • Work closely with related departments to provide the inter-departmental collaboration between the Sales, Operation and Customer Success Teams
  • Update clients database by using company CRM and other Sales tools
  • Compile daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team members
  • Perform data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
  • Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales associates
  • Provide any necessary data, documentations or reports to the sales team
  • Acknowledge clients by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
  • Generating new leads for Sales by cold calling and take the first action for inbound leads.
