We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our sales team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client portfolios.
- Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
- Analyze customer data to improve the customer experience.
- Hold product demonstrations for customers.
- Improve onboarding processes.
- Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
- Mediate between clients and the organization.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Minimize customer churn.
- Aid in product design and product development.
- Process orders and handle customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Support Officer or similar role.
- Preferred experience working in telesales, especially within a pharmaceutical company.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
