Job Title: Senior Fullstack Engineer (PHP 8+) Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience with Laravel and PHP, including 2+ years with PHP 8+ and Laravel 8 or above . Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles . Proven experience applying Design Patterns in Laravel-based projects. Hands-on experience with Redis (queues, caching, sessions). Experience with at least one NoSQL database (e.g., MongoDB , CouchDB , Firebase ). Comfortable working with MySQL/PostgreSQL alongside NoSQL where required. Proficient in SQL database design and optimization techniques. Good understanding of Git , Docker , and foundational DevOps practices . Familiarity with front-end tools or frameworks like Vue.js or React (a plus). Experience with unit testing , CI/CD pipelines , and automated deployment processes . Familiarity with version control systems , especially Git . Nice to Have: Experience with advanced Laravel tools such as Laravel Octane , Livewire , Nova , or Horizon . Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Architecture methodologies. Familiarity with message queues like RabbitMQ , Kafka , or event-driven architectures. Experience building or maintaining SaaS , ERP , or other large-scale applications . Contributions to Laravel open-source projects , custom packages, or community engagement. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, analytical mindset. Clear and effective verbal and written communication . Collaborative team player , able to work across cross-functional teams (design, front-end, DevOps, product). Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and shifting priorities. Keen attention to detail and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code . Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with frequent iterations. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
