Aumet is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Officer to provide exceptional assistance to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.* Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on delivering effective solutions.* Provide detailed information about Aumets products and services to assist clients in making informed decisions.* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical or operational issues.* Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.* Identify trends in customer inquiries to provide insights for process or product improvements.* Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
**Required Qualifications:
* Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
* Knowledge of ERP, especially odoo is preferred .* Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools.* A customer-first mindset with attention to detail and empathy.
