Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy,TA Specialist .
You will be responsible for managing a high-volume pipeline (avg. 8 hires/month) while ensuring an elite candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end process from receiving the hiring request and financial approval to sending the final offer.

Sourcing Excellence: Proactively hunt for talent on LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, and other platforms to build a sustainable talent pool.

ATS Management (Must): Maintain 100% data accuracy in ZenHR. You will use the ATS to automate postings, track candidate stages, and generate recruitment performance reports.

Coordination: Schedule all interviews, manage feedback documentation, and act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers to eliminate "operational heat."

Quality Control: Monitor probation periods and facilitate initial evaluations to ensure "Hiring Quality."
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tech recruitment or fast-growing startups.
- Expertise in ATS systems (ZenHR, Workable, or similar) is a mandatory requirement.
- Exceptional communication skills to attract top-tier talent.
- Start-UPs Experience will be edge
