Startup experience is highly valued
Fluent in both Arabic and English, strong communication is key to success in this role.
Based in or willing to relocate to Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Solid technical background or hands-on experience working with engineering teams.
Proven experience driving B2B fintech or payment products from strategy to execution.
Strong grasp of the entire product lifecycle and agile development methodologies.
Ability to work with data using SQL or similar tools to extract insights and make data-informed decisions.
Demonstrated ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners at all levels.
Knowledge of fintech regulations and experience working with legal/compliance teams is a plus.
Automotive industry exposure is a bonus, but not required.
