Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Frontend Developer to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining modern, responsive web applications using React.js and Tailwind CSS. As a key member of our development team, you will contribute directly to impactful projects, collaborate closely with designers and developers, and help deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web interfaces using React.js and Tailwind CSS
- Translate UI/UX design mockups into high-quality, pixel-perfect front-end code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new features, improvements, and bug fixes
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices and team standards
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions
- Test and debug applications across multiple browsers and devices to ensure performance and compatibility
- Contribute to internal documentation and technical specifications
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in front-end web development
- Proficient in React.js including concepts such as components, props, state, and hooks
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks
- Solid grasp of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with component-based architecture and modern UI patterns
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Git version control and branching workflows
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling
- Exposure to modern development tools such as npm, webpack, Vite, or similar
