We are looking for a Senior Product Manager located in Saudi Arabia (Dammam) to lead our product initiatives at a rapidly growing B2B fintech startup. In this high-ownership, high-impact role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of financial and payment solutions for businesses across the Kingdom.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, startup-style environments and is eager to drive meaningful change in the fintech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Product to launch and grow B2B fintech and payment products.
  • Manage product success metrics, focusing on user experience and growth.
  • Own the product backlog and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Analyze user feedback and market trends to guide product decisions.
  • Drive the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch optimization.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years as a product manager, with experience in startups expected.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dammam.
  • Technical background or experience with technical teams.
  • Experience in shaping product strategy and long-term roadmaps for B2B fintech or payment solutions.
  • Strong understanding or hands-on experience in fintech products is preferred. An automotive background is a plus but not required.
  • Proven product lifecycle management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to work with data using tools like SQL or database queries is expected.
  • Familiarity with fintech regulations or working with compliance/legal teams is a plus.
