We’re looking for a Procurement Support Agent to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you’ll support the Procurement Team with day-to-day operations and help coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflows and fast communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Price unlisted parts in the system
  • Search for out-of-stock parts and alternatives
  • Respond to inquiries from the Customer Success team
  • Follow up on customer complaints with suppliers
  • Coordinate and track the return of parts to suppliers

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary School Certificate or higher

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Basic computer literacy and data entry
  • Data cleaning and organization
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be located in Riyadh
