We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and coordinate high-impact initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered on time, aligned with company goals, and executed with excellence. This role requires strong program delivery discipline, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive clarity and alignment in fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional programs end to end.
- Translate business objectives into clear plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Define program scope, success metrics, schedules, and interdependencies.
- Identify risks early, resolve conflicts, and remove blockers to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate progress, priorities, and issues clearly to executives and partner teams.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to align execution with strategic goals.
- Promote strong coordination between distributed teams and ensure operational alignment.
- Continuously improve program management processes, tools, and governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in program or project management in a technology-driven company or fast-growing startup.
- Demonstrated experience managing large or cross-functional programs from initiation to completion.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using data analytics for decision-making, reporting, and tracking program performance
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability.
- Experience in financial services or financial products is a plus.
