We are seeking a creative and strategic mid-level Graphic Designer to join our Design & Communications Department. In this role, you will report to the Creative Lead and play a key part in evolving our brand and building a cohesive visual language across all touchpoints. You will be responsible for translating business objectives into compelling design solutions, supporting daily design needs, and contributing creative ideas to campaign concepts.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the ongoing evolution of the Autobia brand identity, including logo usage, color palette, typography, and imagery.
- Uphold and contribute to comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Demonstrate the ability to create effective designs that align with and reinforce the established brand look and feel across all marketing and communication channels.
- Present design concepts clearly and articulate the rationale behind creative decisions to stakeholders.
- Conceptualize and design a wide range of digital and print materials, including: social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and event collateral.
- Design key visual assets for the website (e.g., banners, icons, illustrations, and graphics for landing pages) in collaboration with the web/product team.
- Produce engaging infographics and data visualizations that simplify complex information.
- Create basic motion graphics or video edits for social media and web content (a strong plus).
- Manage multiple design projects from brief to delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual identity design, branding, and multi-format content creation.
- High proficiency in industry-standard design software, primarily the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of fundamental design principles: typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Proven ability to prepare and hand off clean, organized files for both print and digital outputs.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Beneficial Skills: Basic knowledge of Figma, HTML/CSS, or experience with motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a significant advantage.
