We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Quality Checker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and verifying customer orders after the sorting stage and before packaging to ensure all items, quantities, and part numbers are accurate and complete. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high-order accuracy, reducing shipment errors, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect customer orders after the sorting stage and before packaging.
  • Verify that all automotive spare parts match the customer order requirements.
  • Check quantities, part numbers, and product condition to ensure order accuracy.
  • Identify and report missing, incorrect, damaged, or mismatched items.
  • Coordinate with sorting and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and operational procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and communicate recurring issues to supervisors.
  • Support initiatives to improve order accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Follow warehouse safety policies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or higher.
  • Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, quality control, or automotive spare parts operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of automotive spare parts and part number identification is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain high accuracy while handling large volumes of orders.
