We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join the Autobia team. This role works across a Python/Django codebase with a strong backend lean most of your time on services, data, and integrations, while comfortably handling the front end when the feature needs it. The Marketplace is customer-facing, so fast, low-latency API response times are a core goal.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, ship, and operate Django backend services and full-stack features.
Own your work end to end: design, implementation, testing, deployment, production support.
Build and maintain integrations with internal and external services.
Write clear, maintainable code and contribute to the squad's technical decisions.

Qualifications:

Mid–senior full-stack engineer, backend-strong, with solid Python / Django experience.
3–5 years of professional full-stack experience.
Strong fundamentals: API design, data modeling, relational databases, testing.
Comfortable across the stack — can build and debug front-end features when needed.
Performance-minded: keeps API response times low through query tuning, caching, and profiling.
Ownership mindset: takes a problem from ambiguity to shipped and supported.

Nice to Have:

B2B marketplace, catalog/matching, or supplier-integration experience.
Experience operating high-reliability systems at scale.
Knowing PostgreSQL is a plus.
As a full-stack role, knowing React is a plus.
Experience with GKE or AWS is a plus.
