We are looking for an Activation Specialist to join the Autobia team. This role owns the end-to-end onboarding journey for prospective clients — from first outreach through to successful activation and handover. The ideal candidate is client-focused, highly organized, and takes full ownership of delivering a seamless and professional onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Outreach

  • Manage proactive outreach to prospective clients, driving engagement and conversion throughout the enrollment process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact from initial contact through to activation, ensuring clear and consistent communication at every step.
  • Follow up with prospective clients who have not responded, applying a structured and professional re-engagement approach.
  • Ensure full coverage of all qualified client segments, including those without a dedicated field contact.

Onboarding & Activation

  • Oversee all contractual and documentation requirements for each client, ensuring accuracy and compliance with program standards.
  • Manage each client file end-to-end and ensure timely closure within defined activation timelines.
  • Coordinate with field sales teams and internal stakeholders to drive timely onboarding and remove blockers.
  • Escalate blockers and exceptions to the Program Manager in a timely and structured manner.

Compliance & Data Integrity

  • Ensure accurate entry of all client data into the program's systems upon activation and maintain data integrity across all records.
  • Track activation KPIs including activation rate, time-to-activate, and conversion rate, and flag gaps to the Program Manager.
  • Ensure a complete and well-documented handover of each activated client to the Portfolio Growth Specialist.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships across multiple channels.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of client files simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel for tracking, reporting, and file management.
  • Self-starter comfortable operating independently and taking full ownership of outcomes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM platforms or client onboarding tools.
  • Familiarity with fintech, lending, or inventory finance environments.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving processes.
