We are looking for a Portfolio Growth Specialist to join the Autobia team. This role owns the engagement and growth stage of the client lifecycle, ensuring that activated clients remain engaged, satisfied, and growing their relationship with Autobia.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Segmentation & Portfolio Analytics

  • Apply and maintain the client segmentation model, updating classifications regularly based on activity, growth potential, and engagement data.
  • Analyze client usage patterns and behavioral trends to identify engagement gaps, growth opportunities, and early churn signals.
  • Monitor and update client health indicators using established frameworks, and flag insights and anomalies to the Program Manager.
  • Provide the Program Manager with data-driven insights and recommendations to support credit limit and portfolio decisions.

Retention & Growth Strategy

  • Execute targeted retention and engagement initiatives tailored to each client segment.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential clients for credit limit growth and proactively escalate recommendations to the Program Manager.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the broader Autobia ecosystem and coordinate with commercial teams to act on them.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of retention initiatives and continuously refine strategies based on measurable outcomes.

Client Success & Satisfaction

  • Measure client satisfaction on a periodic basis and track KPIs including NPS, engagement rate, and portfolio utilization rate across the portfolio.
  • Act as the internal voice of the client — surfacing recurring issues, service gaps, and unmet needs to the Program Manager.
  • Flag clients with declining activity to relevant stakeholders and propose appropriate intervention strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in client success, growth, CRM, or commercial analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build client segmentation models and derive actionable insights from data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and client lifecycle management concepts.
  • Self-starter comfortable building processes and frameworks from scratch in a high-growth environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent data visualization tools.
  • Understanding of B2B client relationship dynamics and segment-specific engagement strategies.
