We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own how Autobia builds its team. Every step of our growth — new cities, tighter operations, and new payment and financing products — depends on hiring the right people at the right time. You'll decide how we find them, how we assess them, and how we bring them in.

We hire builders. We look for people who see themselves in the decisions, not the tasks. Current teams: engineering, product, operations and logistics, procurement, sales, customer success, marketing, finance and accounting, and HR.

You'll run end-to-end hiring across all of these teams, from specialist roles to senior and leadership hires, across our offices in the Kingdom's three major cities. You'll be a trusted partner to department leaders: challenging role definitions, advising on market availability and compensation, and holding the bar on quality. You'll also own the system everyone else hires through — interview scorecards, hiring playbooks, and the recruitment metrics leadership relies on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full recruitment cycle for a broad portfolio of roles, from specialist positions to senior and leadership hires
  • Partner with department leaders on workforce planning, and advise hiring managers on role definition, talent market availability, compensation benchmarks, and candidate selection
  • Source proactively through LinkedIn, direct search, referrals, and talent communities, building pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles, including fintech and technology profiles for our new payment and financing products
  • Design and roll out structured interview processes, scorecards, and assessment frameworks, and guide the team's recruiters and hiring managers in applying them
  • Lead offer negotiation and closing, and oversee pre-boarding until the new hire's first day
  • Own recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and quality of hire, and report insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Build scalable recruitment processes, playbooks, and ATS workflows, and manage agencies and job platforms for cost-effective, high-quality delivery
  • Work with the Branding & Communications team on employer-brand and hiring content, and deliver a strong candidate experience at every stage
  • Ensure hiring complies with Saudi labor regulations and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in-house at a startup or fast-growing company, hiring across senior, technical, and commercial roles
  • Evidence of building or improving a recruitment process end-to-end: scorecards, playbooks, or reporting
  • Advanced LinkedIn sourcing and direct search skills, with practical experience using ATS platforms
  • Strong judgment in assessing candidates on competency, potential, and culture fit
  • Comfortable reading recruitment data and changing the plan because of it; advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence senior leaders
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with solid knowledge of the Saudi talent market, labor regulations, and Nitaqat requirements
  • Experience hiring for fintech, marketplaces, e-commerce, or supply chain businesses is a strong advantage
