Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Diego Metropolitan Area for a Formulation Scientist.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Research, Research and Development (R&D), and Analytical Skills
  • Proven experience in Team Management and Project Management
  • Ability to use HPLC, analyze and make assessments
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
  • Clear and effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience within the biotechnology or healthcare industry is highly advantageous (industry or start up - academic may be accepted)
  • Advanced degree (Master’s, PhD, or equivalent) in a relevant scientific or technical field
