Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Diego Metropolitan Area for a Formulation Scientist.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Research, Research and Development (R&D), and Analytical Skills
Proven experience in Team Management and Project Management
Ability to use HPLC, analyze and make assessments
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
Clear and effective communication and leadership abilities
Experience within the biotechnology or healthcare industry is highly advantageous (industry or start up - academic may be accepted)
Advanced degree (Master’s, PhD, or equivalent) in a relevant scientific or technical field
