Capcade’s product development team in Novi Sad is growing and we are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer. You will be part of a self-organized Agile team that is working on our FinTech product which is shaping how financial transactions are sourced, negotiated and executed.
We need you to help us build a better product by having the freedom to impact all stages of development - from idea, through development to delivery. Your ideas, decisions and skills will matter and will make an impact on our product and the company itself.
Within our working environment we have a flat team structure, no middle management, communication that is direct and transparent between all team members. This way we are making sure that all obstacles are resolved for everyone.
Duties and responsibilities
You will be responsible for participating in product development, from idea to delivery. You will work on groundbreaking product features, issues and improvements that are critical to the success of Capcade.
