We're looking for a Compliance Officer to join our product team in Novi Sad and help us build the future of financial deals at Capcade.

You'll be part of the whole process—from idea to launch. Your input will really shape the product and how the company grows. We keep things simple: no layers of managers, just open and honest communication.

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, thinks creatively, and embraces the startup mindset—iterate, adapt, and focus on value.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, including ISO, SOC 2, GDPR
  • Support the preparation and execution of internal and external audits, helping to gather and organize required documentation
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain policies and procedures that align with industry standards and best practices
  • Support the completion of client questionnaires relating to compliance, security and regulatory requirements
  • Help monitor and manage compliance risks through regular reviews and internal assessments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and reports
  • Monitor and research changes in regulations and industry standards that affect the company’s operations
  • Assist in training employees on compliance-related topics, policies and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Interest in IT security, data privacy, and tech regulatory compliance
  • Familiarity with IT industry standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, or other compliance frameworks
  • ISO internal auditor certificate is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytic skills
