Capcade’s Novi Sad team is growing, and we’re looking for a Product Delivery Lead to help our product teams deliver high-quality results with focus and clarity. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to organize delivery processes, guide team activities, and ensure smooth collaboration across all stages of product development. This role is about helping teams stay aligned, efficient, and continuously improving - turning goals and ideas into real product outcomes.
With a flat structure and open communication, you’ll have the freedom to shape delivery practices that support independent, high-performing teams and strong product execution.
