Role Overview

As the Marketing Lead at Chainsight, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, manage campaigns, and ensure that our brand message resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and platform adoption.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, and events.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with product development and business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, within the blockchain and/ or crypto industies.
Strong understanding of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and Real World Assets (RWA).
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with various marketing tools and platforms.
