Remote/India based position

ClearQuote offers inspection apps for commercial fleets (and other automotive customers) to help automate damage assessment as a SaaS solution. We're looking for Customer Success Associates to join our growing team and drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Overview

We have multiple openings for Customer Success Associates supporting customers across UK/EU and US EST timezones. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they maximize value while maintaining exceptional satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance, identify root cause of issues reported where feasible
  • Monitor customer application usage metrics and identify improvement opportunities
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and training programs as required
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs
  • Track and report on key customer success metrics
  • Maintain SLAs (response and issue resolution)
  • Support maintenance of web user guides

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal
  • Regional timezone availability - UK/EU or US EST business hours
  • SaaS experience - previous 1-2 years customer-facing role at a SaaS product/ tech services company
  • Technical proficiency - hands-on experience using MongoDB Compass or equivalent, SQL
  • Customer-centric mindset - genuine interest in helping customers succeed
  • Automotive industry interest - enthusiasm for the automotive sector

Preferred / Bonus qualifications

  • SMB customer experience - working with small to medium-sized businesses in UK / EU / US
  • Automotive customer experience - supporting dealers, fleets, logistics companies
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving retention
