Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering technical support. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and analyzing customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.

- Analytical Skills to assess and improve service quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
