Since our inception in early 2022, we have delivered over 750,000 hours of care in various cities across the UAE.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Partnerships Specialist to drive strategic collaborations and expand our partner ecosystem in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in healthcare and a proven track record of identifying, onboarding, and managing key partnerships that deliver growth and value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners including hospitals, clinics, labs, pharmacies, and wellness providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to maximize collaboration and business growth.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements to effectively communicate DarDoc’s value proposition.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure smooth integration and execution of partnerships.
- Analyze partnership performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize outcomes.
- Stay updated on healthcare trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify innovative partnership opportunities.
- Represent DarDoc at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen the company’s visibility and credibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem in the UAE.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess opportunities and measure performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
