We’re looking for a Product Operations Specialist to bridge the gap between product strategy and execution. This role is ideal for someone who can streamline product operations while also owning specific product initiatives to drive business impact.
You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize workflows, manage roadmaps, and enhance decision-making through data.
✔ Define and manage the product backlog, prioritizing items based on business needs and user feedback.
✔ Maintain and update the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities
✔ Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to define clear and detailed product requirements and ensure smooth feature releases.
✔ Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience
✔ Oversee the product development lifecycle, tracking progress and ensuring timely execution
✔ Ensure product quality and functionality by defining test cases and conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
✔ Create and maintain product documentation for internal teams and stakeholders
✔ Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and provide insights to drive continuous improvements
✔ Support go-to-market strategies, ensuring teams are aligned on new features and releases
2-4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or related roles
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with product documentation, workflow optimization, and process improvements
Prior fintech or startup experience is a plus
