Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. We are seeking a creative self-starter who lives and breathes entertainment to join our team as a Publicity Specialist, supporting both local and global titles. Based in Seoul, you will be part of a team of storytellers shaping impactful publicity campaigns that drive conversation around our Film and Series slate, across both scripted and unscripted content.

주요업무

• Drive innovative publicity campaigns for Korean and global titles, reaching both new and existing fans around the world
• Develop creative single-title and multi-title storytelling, including outside-the-box campaigns that spark conversation
• Plan and execute a range of campaign activities (e.g., set visits, talent interviews, press conferences)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including reporters, talent representatives, showrunners, and partners
• Act as a key liaison with cross-functional (XF) partners (e.g., content, production management, marketing) to support impactful announcements and multi-title/slate events
• Draft press releases and contribute to editorial planning
• Support talent logistics, including travel coordination
• Maintain and update publicity tools, databases, and trackers
• Manage agency partners

자격요건

• 6+ years of experience in a field of entertainment, PR, studio, agency setting
• Possess a keen understanding of media and have relationships with the press
• Be able and willing to operate in a global environment
• Be a clear and concise communicator in Korean as well as in English
• Have experience executing a publicity campaign by working well across disciplines
• Be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under deadline and thrive in high energy, fast-paced environment
• Have experience managing agencies, be effective in dealing with talent, talent reps, reporters, and other media influencers
• A strong believer in Netflix culture and values
