The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is looking for an experienced ProServe Sales Manager (PSM) to lead a team of ProServe Account Executives and Cloud Architects. You'll drive transformative IT projects for clients, focusing on IT Strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud operations. The PSM is a trusted advisor who collaborates with ProServe sales and delivery teams to ensure sellers are working backwards from our customers and proposing solutions that optimize the delivery of customer business outcomes.

• Leading and developing a high-performing team of Account Executives and Cloud Architects
• Developing and supporting execution of sales strategies to meet team targets and drive revenue growth
• Managing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying new opportunities
• Leveraging deep AWS knowledge to guide sellers in proposing optimal solutions
• Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting to optimize operational processes and manage risk
• Supporting customer relationship management while enabling sellers to lead sales activity ensuring customer satisfaction
• Removing roadblocks and ensuring teams have the tools and support to achieve their goals
• Traveling to client locations and delivering professional services as needed
자격요건
• 15+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience
• Proven track record in IT services, management consulting, or professional services
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation
• Strong experience in strategic business development and workforce planning
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Admin, or equivalent experience
