Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Marketing Specialist to lead the development, management, and growth of our online community on Mighty Networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community management, marketing, and content creation, with a passion for building meaningful connections and engaging with our audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a community growth strategy to increase membership, engagement, and retention on Mighty Networks.
  • Create and curate engaging content, discussions, and events to foster a vibrant and active community.
  • Manage daily community interactions, respond to member inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align community initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Analyze community metrics and feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Organize and promote community events, webinars, and virtual meetups to enhance member engagement and participation.
  • Build relationships with influencers, partners, and industry leaders to expand the reach and visibility of our community.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; additional certifications in Community Management or Social Media are a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year + of experience in community management, social media marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of Mighty Networks and other community management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people.
