A little bit about DX Compliance:

Our Mission is to make compliance for Banks and FinTechs easier by providing innovative AML compliance software, protecting Banks & FinTechs against $ Multi-Billion fines.

We are looking now to grow our Sales Team in UK. The Role is designed to be fully Remote or Hybrid.

We’re looking for an experienced Sales professional to join our growing Team here @DX Compliance.

To succeed as Business Development Executive you should be ambitious, hard working and a brilliant communicator.

Responsibilities:

  • Arranging business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Lead the Intro-calls with clients.
  • Running the entirety of the sales cycle
  • Focusing on pipeline generation > 30% self generated
  • Demo the DX Transactions Monitoring Platform to potential Clients.
  • Cold call potential leads and prospects.
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel DX sales Pipeline and Growth.
  • Lead generation and Sales support and administration.
  • Become a Proficient in HubSpot CRM.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability and track record selling to new accounts
  • Proven record of overachieving quota annually
  • Proven experience and track record with solution-based approach to selling and complex sales process management
  • Ability to cultivate, manage, develop, and close new business.
  • Proven and established professional, consultative relationships with the client, up to and including the C-level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relationship management skills

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of closing experience within the financial/ tech industry.
  • Proven ability and track record selling to new and existing accounts.
  • Proven record of overachieving your quota annually.
  • Track record with solution-based approach to selling
  • Ability to manage complex sales process.
  • Ability to cultivate, manage, develop, and close new business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
    • Proven experience within sales and prospecting.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
    • Experience in Sales Tools including Hubspot & LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    Bonus Points

    - Experience working within in startups is a plus.

    - Existing relationships within the Financial industry is a nice to have.
