eFunder is a fully regulated and leading FinTech in Abu Dhabi, specializing in receivables-backed financing solutions for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Our mission is to empower SMEs by providing seamless, hassle-free financing options through our proprietary digital platform.

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven SME Sales & Business Development Expert to join our team in Abu Dhabi and spearhead our SME financing efforts and contribute to the rapid growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow eFunder’s asset or financing book in the SME sector.
  • Drive lead generation and conversion efforts through outreach, follow-ups, and structured engagement plans.

Relationship Development

  • Leverage a personal network of SME relationships to onboard new clients.
  • Foster strong partnerships with SMEs, buyers, and vendor ecosystems, showcasing the value of eFunder’s financing solutions.

Client Acquisition & Market Expansion

  • Identify and qualify potential SME clients for receivables-backed financing.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of eFunder’s solutions, emphasizing speed, ease, and flexibility.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and workshops for prospective clients.

Performance Tracking & Pipeline Management

  • Monitor and achieve sales KPIs, including revenue targets and client onboarding metrics.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools.

Collaboration and Leadership

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Guide and mentor junior sales personnel as part of a growing team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or Master’s equivalent is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of total experience, with at least 3-5 years in SME financing, business loans, or a relevant FinTech environment.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development within the SME sector the UAE, preferably at a bank or a financing company. (Note: we would request 2-3 referrals from your current or previous work experience)
  • Strong understanding of SME challenges, receivables financing, and cash flow solutions.
  • Must possess a valid UAE driving license
  • Arabic language proficiency would be ideal
  • Experience working with digital platforms in a financing context is a plus.

Skills and Competencies

  • Sales Acumen: Exceptional and proven ability to sell financing solutions and close deals.
  • Networking: Extensive SME network that can be leveraged for client acquisition.
  • Languages: Arabic speaker preferred but not mandatory.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.

Expected CTC: AED 14,000 - 15,000 per month + sales performance incentives
