What You'll Do- Project documentation onboarding — Collect documentation from the developer for each project. Ensure completeness and usability. Follow up and unblock when information is missing. Maintain the project factsheet and living documentation in Notion.- Implementation coordination — Provide production (MarTech + Tech) with clear, complete inputs. Own the technical requirements checklist (CRM, integrations, feeds, access). Coordinate timelines and go-live readiness, including handovers.- Architecture & maintenance — Own how knowledge and workspaces are structured. Design coherent structures for each client/project. Standardize templates and SOPs. Run quarterly audits. Scope — Ownership- Architecture of internal spaces (Notion/Drive/Jira)- Templates and SOPs- Structural audits and cleanup- Document onboarding per project- Technical requirements checklist- Coordination through formal handover Out of Scope- Producing assets (copy, design, code)- Marketing or development execution- Commercial account management- Product strategy decisions You might be a fit if you have- Disorder frustrates you (4 versions of the same doc) and you fix it with good judgment.- You've organized Notion/Drive/Jira for teams, or you learn fast and methodically.- You document thinking about the reader with no context — clarity as a standard.- You detect disorder before anyone points it out and know how to defend a structure.- You're comfortable chasing inputs and closing gaps with clients and internal teams.
