What You'll Do- Project document onboarding — Collect documentation from the developer per project. Validate completeness and usability. Chase and unblock when information is missing. Maintain the project Factsheet and living documentation in Notion.- Implementation coordination — Feed production (MarTech + Tech) with clear, complete inputs. Manage the technical requirements checklist (CRM, integrations, feeds, access). Coordinate timelines and organize go-live readiness handovers.- Architecture & maintenance — Be the custodian of how knowledge and workspaces are organized. Design coherent structures per client/project. Standardize templates and SOPs. Run quarterly audits.
