What You'll Do- Account management — Act as the client's main day-to-day contact. Build operational trust. Understand active developments and commercial objectives. Manage expectations on deliverables, timelines and service.- Project onboarding — Coordinate activation of new developments: information gathering, client alignment. Coordinate with internal teams for initial setup. Ensure launch readiness.- Development launch — Coordinate project launches, align internal teams and validate timings. Ensure go-live on time and in shape. Follow the defined phasing plan.- Performance tracking — Monitor leads, visits and reservations. Prepare and participate in client follow-ups. Detect incidents or deviations. Escalate when necessary.- Internal coordination — Ensure all internal teams have the information they need. Track tasks and deliverables.- Reporting — Use existing dashboards and reports. Prepare information for client meetings. Report account status, incidents and risks to the Country Manager.
