Job Description:

  • Lead the recruitment process for new sales team members, ensuring that the team is composed of skilled and motivated individuals.
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to ensure the team remains at the cutting edge of industry trends and sales techniques.
  • Regularly evaluate the performance of sales team members, offering constructive feedback, and developing tailored improvement plans.
  • Implement performance metrics to track progress and address any performance issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine sales strategies that align with NextEra’s business objectives and growth plans.
  • Focus on both short-term targets and long-term market positioning within the education sector.
  • Identify key market segments within the education sector, particularly focusing on university Students and Parents
  • Personally manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring a high level of service and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling NextEra’s suite of programs and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure that the sales team is equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • Oversee the use of CRM systems to ensure that all client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities are accurately recorded and managed.
  • Use CRM data to generate insights and guide sales strategy.
  • Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Help shape the development of new educational products and services that align with market opportunities.
  • Represent NextEra at industry events, conferences, and seminars.
  • Network with potential clients and partners, and showcase NextEra’s programs and services to a broader audience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or additional certifications in sales or education is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the education sector or in working with universities.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales process, particularly in a B2B context involving educational institutions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for tracking leads and managing client interactions.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent in Communication, Leadership, and Analytical Skills
  • Strong in Sales Strategy Development
