Job description:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, trends, and competitors in the education sector.
  • Collaborate with External partners to develop joint programs, articulation agreements, and other collaborative initiatives.
  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies, and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Schedule appointments, and prepare and deliver presentations according to stakeholders’ requirements.
  • Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and networking functions.
  • Monitor the market and engage in competitive intelligence to understand emerging market challenges, the intentions of main competitors, and contextual opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision-makers in the education sector.
  • Generate ideas for new products and research their feasibility in terms of profitability, resource availability, and compliance with regulations.
  • Create and enhance products that fill a niche in the market or allow clients to remain competitive.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee process or production trials, making improvements or modifications to current processes.

Requirements

  • At least 1:3 years of experience in the Business Development field.
  • Strong understanding of the education industry, market dynamics, and trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent English and Arabic Languages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Proficiency in CRM Tools
