  • Coordinate daily HR activities, ensuring smooth execution of operational tasks and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to manage recruitment activities, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Screen resumes and applications to ensure alignment with role requirements and company standards.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of pre-employment checks, preparation of new hire documentation, and delivery of comprehensive orientation programs.
  • Update and manage HR databases with details related to new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement by organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and other morale-boosting events.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and development programs in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Track training participation and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using feedback and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices, tools, and technologies to support continuous improvement and growth within the HR department.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.

Work Conditions:

  • Working days from Sunday to Thursday

  • Working hours from 9:00AM:5:00PM
  • Location: Maadi, Cairo.
