What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of our product roadmap. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, finance and marketing to drive product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.
What will you do?
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies
- Monitor and analyze product performance, and make data-driven decisions to drive product improvements
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition
- Lead and mentor junior product managers
Requirements
What skills do you need?
- 3+ years of experience in product management
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in Agile development methodologies
- Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences
