We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin Executive to join our team. As an Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant and innovative company that is revolutionizing the financial industry.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and implement financial planning strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or applicable accounting standards
Oversee internal and external financial reporting processes, including coordination with auditors and regulatory agencies
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, laws, and standards, and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
Cash Flow Management:
Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational requirements and optimize working capital
Implement effective cash management strategies, including cash forecasting, investment management, and debt financing
Strategic Financial Leadership:
Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to senior management and department heads
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives, business plans, and investment decisions
Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CMA, CPA and/or CFA preferred
Proven experience as director of finance or similar role
In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
An analytical mind with a strategic ability
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
