We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin Executive to join our team. As an Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies. Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial planning strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives
- Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or applicable accounting standards
- Oversee internal and external financial reporting processes, including coordination with auditors and regulatory agencies
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, laws, and standards, and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Cash Flow Management:
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational requirements and optimize working capital
- Implement effective cash management strategies, including cash forecasting, investment management, and debt financing
- Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to senior management and department heads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives, business plans, and investment decisions
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CMA, CPA and/or CFA preferred
- Proven experience as director of finance or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
