  • Source, identify, and qualify SME leads across the UAE market using digital tools and data platforms.
  • Execute smart, multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, social media, etc.).
  • Own the entire outbound sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Maintain and update CRM with pipeline data, status updates, and conversion metrics.
  • Coordinate with the UAE-based team for warm handovers, onboarding, and client success.
  • Contribute ideas, strategies, and market insights to continually improve the sales process

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong research and digital prospecting skills (Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • High resilience and work ethic—comfortable with volume outreach and rejection.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude.
  • UAE market knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Finance background and knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory
