As we continue to scale rapidly, we are opening multiple positions within our Business Development team to support the growing demand for our infrastructure services.
About the Role
We’re looking for highly driven Business Development Managers to accelerate Gateway’s growth across our expanding suite of Web3 infrastructure services—L2 rollups, RPC, indexers, oracles, staking, and more.
This is a BD-first role focused on outbound motion, revenue generation, and strategic partnership building.
In addition to new business, you’ll also handle select post-sale relationships to ensure smooth onboarding, long-term client success, and account growth. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and marketing to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth

Own the full sales cycle: prospect → qualify → pitch → negotiate → close.

Build and maintain a strong outbound pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and ecosystem engagement.

Identify and pursue high-impact opportunities across L1/L2 ecosystems, foundations, enterprises, and Web3 startups.

Represent Gateway.fm at major Web3 conferences, meetups, and ecosystem events.

Develop and refine GTM strategies for verticals such as DeFi, RWA, Gaming, and Enterprise.

Maintain accurate deal tracking and forecasting within HubSpot CRM.

Deliver structured market and customer insights to shape product and service evolution.
Client Success & Account Expansion

Maintain ongoing communication with key clients to ensure satisfaction and continuity.

Support onboarding and implementation alongside technical and product teams.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Gateway’s infrastructure stack.

Monitor account health and usage to ensure long-term engagement.

Act as a trusted point of contact for high-value relationships.
What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (Web3 or SaaS preferred).

Strong understanding of Web3 infrastructure (RPC, rollups, indexing, nodes, oracles, staking).

Highly comfortable with outbound BD, target-driven environments, and structured pipeline management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Ability to partner effectively with technical and product teams.

Bonus: experience at an infrastructure provider, L1/L2 ecosystem, crypto startup, or exchange.
Nice to Have

Familiarity with smart contracts, consensus, tokenomics, and L1/L2 architectures.
