About the Role
We’re looking for a seasoned Enterprise Business Development Manager to lead strategic partnerships with financial institutions and large enterprises. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in enterprise sales or business development—preferably with experience at a top-tier management consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and execute a business development strategy focused on enterprise-level partnerships across financial markets and adjacent sectors.
- Cultivate relationships with financial institutions, SaaS providers, and corporate partners to accelerate adoption of Gateway.fm’s Web3 infrastructure solutions.
- Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact partnership deals aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Product teams to position Gateway.fm in strategic enterprise markets.
- Serve as the primary liaison between enterprise clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, delivery, and long-term success.
- Stay ahead of blockchain and infrastructure trends, and help translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- 8–10 years in business development or enterprise sales, with a focus on complex, high-value partnerships.
- Background in management consulting (Big 4 preferred), with experience advising or engaging enterprise clients.
- Strong network across financial markets and/or large enterprise ecosystems in North America or Europe.
- Working knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, Ethereum scaling solutions, and decentralized technologies.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale enterprise engagements from opportunity to execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Early experience in SaaS implementation projects.
- Familiarity with Ethereum Layer 2 scaling roadmap, and relevant privacy and compliance technologies.
- Experience in a remote-first, distributed team environment.
