We are seeking a motivated Project Manager (Intern / Junior) to support the execution, coordination, and reporting of the Yield initiative. This role is ideal for an execution-focused individual who will help ensure structured delivery, clear visibility, and consistent follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
The role provides hands-on exposure to cross-functional project delivery while working closely with the Yield Project Lead and applying proven delivery and reporting frameworks from the Platform Department.
This is a junior-level role with limited decision-making authority, operating under close guidance and mentorship.
Track tasks, milestones, dependencies, and risks for the Yield project
Coordinate activities across product, engineering, business, and platform teams
Support planning sessions, follow-ups, and meeting facilitation
Ensure timely execution and alignment across stakeholders
Prepare and maintain regular project reports (weekly summaries, status updates, dashboards)
Maintain action logs, risk registers, and progress trackers
Provide clear visibility into timelines, blockers, and next steps for stakeholders
Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and decision records
Support the creation and upkeep of project plans and timelines
Learn and apply internal delivery and reporting frameworks used by the Platform Department
Weekly status and progress reports
Updated project plans, timelines, and task trackers
Clear documentation of requirements, decisions, and action items
Lightweight dashboards for stakeholder visibility
Consistent milestone tracking to support on-time delivery
Well-organized handover documentation as the project evolves
Directly managed by the Yield Project Lead
Regular reporting cadence:
Weekly execution reports
Ad-hoc updates on blockers or critical risks

Other internal stakeholders as required
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Basic understanding of project management concepts
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Asana, Trello, Confluence, Google Workspace)
Exposure to tech, product, or Web3 environments
