About Giga

Giga builds the electrical infrastructure that powers the modern world. We manufacture transformers, switchboards, and modular data centers for customers across the United States and the globe. Together, our team combines fresh perspectives with deep industry experience to solve real-world problems for our customers. We move fast and think practically. If you're ready to make an impact in an industry that matters, we're looking for people like you.

What you’ll do

As Giga’s Procurement Manager, you’ll take ownership of our global sourcing and supplier management strategy. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that the materials, equipment, and services we rely on are procured at the right quality, cost, and lead time to keep our fast-growing operations running smoothly. From negotiating supplier contracts to building resilient supply chains, you’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and logistics to fuel our manufacturing scale-up. If you’re excited to build procurement processes from the ground up in a high-growth environment, this role is for you.

Where you’ll work

This role will be based in our Houston offices. You must be willing to work in the office full-time, outside of our bi-weekly WFH Fridays.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement or ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field.
