Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Design and Education Technologist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of our customers in B2B markets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in education and instructional design, with a passion for using technology to enhance learning. Responsibilities: Collaborate with SMEs to define learning objectives and strategies; develop and implement digital learning solutions; design and build eLearning courses, videos, animations, simulations, and other assets; manage and update learning content; evaluate effectiveness through analysis and reporting; stay current with trends and best practices; work cross-functionally to deliver projects on time and within budget; manage vendor/partner relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor's in instructional design/education technology or related field; 5+ years in learning design or edtech; experience with LMS, authoring tools, multimedia software; excellent project management and organizational skills; strong analytical/problem-solving abilities; excellent communication; team collaboration; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
