Job Description: Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Design and Education Technologist to develop and implement innovative learning solutions for B2B markets. Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective learning experiences by working closely with SMEs, project managers, and instructional designers. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with SMEs on learning objectives and instructional strategies; develop digital learning solutions; design and develop eLearning courses, videos, animations, simulations, and other assets; manage learning content; evaluate solution effectiveness via analysis and reporting; stay current with trends and best practices; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; manage vendor and partner relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in instructional design, education technology, or related; 5+ years in learning design or ed-tech; experience with LMS, eLearning authoring tools, and multimedia software; strong project management and organizational skills; analytical problem-solving; excellent written and verbal communication; team collaboration; familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
