🔹 Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Design and Education Technologist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of our customers in B2B markets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in education and instructional design, and a passion for using technology to enhance the learning experience. You will work closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning experiences.🔹 Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with SMEs to develop learning objectives and instructional strategies.- Design and implement engaging digital learning solutions.- Develop eLearning courses, videos, animations, simulations, and other assets.- Manage and update learning content.- Evaluate effectiveness of learning solutions through analysis and reporting.- Stay current on learning design and ed-tech best practices.- Work collaboratively to deliver projects on time and within budget.- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed.🔹 Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education technology, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in learning design or education technology.- Experience with LMS, eLearning authoring tools, and multimedia development software.- Excellent project management and organizational skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team; familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.🔹 Core Competencies:- Instructional design; Education technology tools and platforms; Project management; Multimedia development; Learning assessment; Communication and collaboration; Tech savvy and high learning aptitude; Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven entrepreneurial environment.
