🔹 Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Design and Education Technologist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of our customers in B2B markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and instructional design, as well as a passion for using technology to enhance the learning experience. Work closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning experiences.🔹 Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop learning objectives and instructional strategies.- Develop and implement digital learning solutions that are engaging, effective, and innovative.- Design and develop eLearning courses, videos, animations, simulations, and other learning assets.- Manage learning content and ensure that it is updated and relevant.- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions through ongoing analysis and reporting.- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in learning design and education technology.- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed.🔹 Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education technology, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in learning design or education technology.- Experience with learning management systems, eLearning authoring tools, and multimedia development software.- Excellent project management and organizational skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.🔹 Core Competencies:- Instructional design principles and practices; education technology tools and platforms; project management and organization; multimedia development and production; learning assessment and evaluation; communication and collaboration; technology savvy; ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven entrepreneurship environment.
