Job Description: Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Design and Education Technologist to develop and implement innovative learning solutions for B2B markets. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing solutions and working with SMEs, PMs, and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with SMEs to define learning objectives and instructional strategies; develop and implement engaging digital learning solutions; design and develop eLearning courses, videos, animations, simulations, and other assets; manage and update learning content; evaluate effectiveness through ongoing analysis and reporting; stay current with trends and best practices; collaborate to deliver projects on time and budget; manage vendor and partner relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in instructional design, education technology, or related field; 5+ years in learning design or edtech; experience with LMSs, authoring tools, and multimedia software; excellent project management and organizational skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent written and verbal communication; effective team collaboration; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
